Stakeholder Engagement is no new concept, its origins can be traced back to the 1930s, with the concept of social facilitation predating that to the late 1890s when American Psychologist, Norman Triplett, conducted a study around the topic. Regrettably, both disciplines are often a neglected instrument by many organizations. Our mission is to alleviate our clients from the pressures associated with community and stakeholder engagement for successful implementation of infrastructure development projects.
